Refund policy

At Fressho, each product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. We do not offer refunds. However, we do provide returns and replacements only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item is missing parts or accessories

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Original invoice / proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value or store credit may be offered.

No Refund Policy

Fressho does not provide refunds for any purchases. All approved cases will be handled through replacement only.

How to Raise a Request

Email us at fresshoshop@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return instructions will be shared by our team.

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
